An Account Manager is a team member at Let’s Snack Toronto Inc who is responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with an assigned client list. Team members with this job role are also responsible for coordinating with copywriters, photographers, video creators, hosts, and more for their clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
- Report to Social Media Director on client related issues & escalations
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned client list
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts
- Communicate clearly the progress tasks & client performance with fellow team members & management
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Create, curate, or request content for client and internal purposes: GIFS, videos, photography, copy
- Schedule content for Let’s Snack Toronto Inc clients
- Create content calendars for clients
- Create Let’s Snack Toronto Inc Audit’s for prospective clients
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
- Knowledge of Google Suite, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, & Calendar.
- Basic understanding of Canva
- Advanced understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills for email, phone, slack, or in-person meetings
- Photography experience is a plus
- Short form video (TikTok or Reels) experience is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Degree field: Media Information & Technology, Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing
OR - Minimum 2 years experience developing and executing social media strategy for a brand
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable. Candidates that do not have either 2 years of experience or relevant education will not be considered.

- Salary range: $45K-$52K
- Summer Fridays:
The summer Friday season begins this year on May 27 2024, and ends on Monday September 2nd, 2024, following Labor Day weekend
Summer Fridays Schedule: Mon – Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-12 - Company outings as desired (not mandatory)
