All creative content produced by Let’s Snack Toronto Inc., or on our behalf, is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the agency unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Unless prior licensing terms have been negotiated in writing, any public display, reproduction, or commercial use of this content—including unapproved use by creators in portfolios, on social media, or with third parties—is subject to a licensing fee of $500 CAD per asset per day.
In cases where a Creator is found to be in breach of a written or implied agreement with Let’s Snack Toronto Inc., any outstanding payments owed to that Creator may be withheld and applied toward the cost of these licensing fees or other damages incurred. This ensures fair use of our work and protects the integrity of our client relationships.
Third-Party Creators and Repost Platforms
Let’s Snack Toronto Inc. does not permit any third-party creators, media outlets, aggregator accounts, or repost platforms to reuse, redistribute, remix, or republish our content without explicit written consent, with the exception of the “Repost” feature within the Instagram app.
This includes (but is not limited to) reposting videos or images to TikTok compilations, meme pages, recipe aggregators, or creator portfolio platforms that were not directly involved in the original production of the content.
Any unauthorized use of our content by third parties is subject to a standard licensing fee of $500 CAD per asset per day, and may be pursued under applicable intellectual property and commercial misrepresentation laws. Additional damages may apply if such use implies a false affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

This policy applies globally and includes all digital, broadcast, and print mediums. Let’s Snack Toronto Inc. reserves the right to enforce these terms without notice.
This provision does not waive or limit any other legal rights or remedies available to Let’s Snack Toronto Inc. under applicable laws.
AI Scraping, Training, and Dataset Use
Let’s Snack Toronto Inc. strictly prohibits the use of our content—including videos, images, copy, or metadata—in any artificial intelligence (AI) training datasets, machine learning models, or algorithmic systems without explicit written permission.
This includes unauthorized scraping, indexing, or downloading of our content for the purposes of:
- Dataset creation
- Algorithmic training or fine-tuning
- Generative AI content replication
- Commercial or non-commercial use by AI platforms, plugins, or content aggregators
Any AI-related use of our intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of our licensing terms and is subject to a minimum licensing fee of $500 CAD per asset per day, with additional legal remedies pursued as necessary under applicable intellectual property and data protection laws.
Let’s Snack Toronto Inc. reserves the right to enforce this policy against AI platforms, data brokers, or third parties who use our content without consent—regardless of whether the source was scraped directly or obtained through intermediaries.
